Use Policy

By using our site, you acknowledge your acceptance of this policy and agree to abide by all its terms.

Livapart is not responsible for monitoring the interactive services, therefore, we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use of any interactive service or failure to comply with the content rules.

4. Content Standards

Any material that the Tenant or Owner/Partner contributes to our site must be accurate and comply with applicable law.

In addition, such content will be in violation of the Content Standards if it:

  • Contains defamatory, obscene, or offensive material of any kind.

Livapart has the sole right to determine whether you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of a violation, Livapart will apply one of the appropriate consequences:

  • Send a warning
  • Remove the right to use our site without notice, temporarily or permanently
  • Exclude the right to submit any content or the content itself without notice, temporarily or permanently
  • Take legal action against the person who violated this policy.
  • The consequences described above are not an exhaustive list and Livapart may apply any other consequences deemed appropriate.

6. Changes to the Acceptable Use Policy

Livapart may change this policy without notice. If a change is made, it will be notified by appropriate means to all users. Nevertheless, we encourage you to stay informed, as you will be bound by this policy when using our site.

If the renter or advertiser does not agree to the changes, he or she should discontinue using our site. This policy was last revised on March 08, 2023.
